Grilled Peaches with Prosciutto

Ingredients:

3 peaches

6 thin slices of prosciutto

Olive oil

Preparation:

Cut peaches into eighths and brush lightly with olive oil.  Trim prosciutto into strips about one inch wide and long enough to wrap around peach.  Hold together with toothpick and grill until warmed through and peaches start to brown.
